Why are the Messages only available for me?
The server probably has External Perms off. Try a different channel — if that doesn't work, test in another server entirely to rule out a server wide setting.
Why aren't my Commands getting Displayed?
Check these: did you authorize the bot properly? If you're on mobile browser, are you using Desktop View? Re-add the bot can also force a command sync.
The bot isn't responding at all. Is it offline?
Check our Discord for any outage announcements. If nothing is posted, try kicking and re-inviting the bot. Discord sometimes delays responses after updates — wait a minute and retry.
How do I add Cryzo?
Click the "Add Bot" button in the nav above.
How do I report a bug?
Head to our Discord and use the suggestion channel or DM an Developer. Include what command you ran, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Can I suggest a new feature?
Yes! Drop your idea in the suggestions channel on our Discord. Popular ones get added. We read every suggestion, even if we don't reply to all of them.
